Terms and Conditions
Effective August 14, 2026. Relay NW is a service operated by Lowry Works LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and Lowry Works LLC. In these terms, “Relay NW” refers to the Relay NW service, and “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lowry Works LLC.
Service Description
Relay NW provides missed-call response, voicemail capture, transcription, and SMS follow-up tools for businesses that use the service. When callers contact a participating business, Relay NW may help that business receive, organize, and respond to the inquiry.
Call Recording and Transcription
Calls that reach Relay NW voicemail may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized for the business. Businesses are responsible for using Relay NW in a way that complies with laws that apply to their calls, notices, and customer communications.
SMS Terms
When you call or submit your phone number via a form to Relay NW, we may send you a one-time text message acknowledging your missed call or inquiry. These messages are solely about the request you initiated; we do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Relay NW does not use your phone number for marketing or share it with third parties for promotional purposes.
No Guarantee
Relay NW helps respond to missed calls but does not guarantee that every message will be delivered, received, or responded to.
Relay NW is not responsible for:
- missed messages
- carrier delays
- service interruptions
- lost business
